On a serious note, you could say that I am self-taught. Watched thousands of films, spent countless of hours listening to music, browsed trough thousands upon thousands of web pages and read dozens (possibly a couple of hundred) of books. And essentially that is all there is to it, all of it has left some traces, and finally added up to this.

I think there are just a few professors who know how to transfer knowledge to young minds. It is not an easy task to do. In my opinion a class should be interactive, and you must get people motivated, find a way for them to pay attention.

Yup, if you are knowledge hungry, you are motivated "by yourself", and the best possible way to learn something is to explore it on your own. Along the path of exploration it becomes more and more amusing, giving you many possibilities to quench your thirst, but making you more thirsty at the same time

If we talk about face-to-face conversation, my answer would be no. As for the writing form, I have exchanged a few words with a native. I generally prefer writing form to live speech as a mean of communication, it's easier, I have some time to think and tell my thoughts in a better way. But, on the other side, I am aware that a language written within a frame of a paper is ... nothing, deaf signs, a language wannabe.

That's something! I've had a few conversations with a man from London. His accent was beautiful. I talk with two men over Skype whose families are from Serbia regularly. One is from Australia and the other one is from Los Angeles. They don't know Serbian well, so we help each other.
