I like the Idea (Then again, I Like many things, but this one I especially like.)
I always wanted a topic or a forum where I can write in English.
I wrote in English on many websites, forums, in comments, for example, football websites.
Expressing my opinion about teams, players, scores...


I'm glad we have a topic in here as well.

I think we can practice, learn, and improve our writing skills, and vocabulary here, so it is very useful.

Wonderful idea! Well done! A couple years ago, I wanted to suggest something similar, some kind of a free English course for our members, especially when I realized that we have professionals - students, translators and professors of the English language, here "at home", so to speak. Unfortunately, I cannot speak English fluently, and because of that I am rather shy when it comes to talk and write in public. But, thanks to your enthusiasm, now I have an opportunity to admit the unpleasant fact and do something useful for myself, to learn and practice with the generous help of an advanced speakers.

I did a little browsing and examining previous topics, in order to see how we could develop this forum.
It's very clear to me that professional translators, students and professors once lived in this virtual city.
I noted some of them (seductress, Bankarka_FL, Silija, odista, etc.) and PM them to join us again

Indeed. I also had issue earlier about speaking in public, but lately I enjoy speaking English and I seek opportunity to do so whenever I can. Talking will only bring you more fluid conversations so don't be shy, do it whenever you can !

I actually forgot to add "s" to "issue", therefore that would make it plural which means there is no need for "an" which only goes with singular, not sure about plural form of it, but I'm sure you can't say : "I had an issues". Correct me If I'm wrong, please
But yes, you are right if I meant to say it in singular form I would've used "an".

You have no reason to be shy. You are not a native speaker of the English language, and thus you are hindered from the beginning. Those that would ridicule you for some missteps that you might make would actually be laughing to themselves and their own ignorance. The best way to learn anything is trough try and error.
