Evo ti verzija na engleskom...ovde pise da moze i sir, mada...ne znam...Ovde isto pise da te neke osnovne namirnice ne spada kupus, ali mi je to nesto sumnjivo...
Evo pogledaj i prevodi. Izvinjavam se na ovako ruznom postu, ali ovo je bilo u nekim tabelama, pa nemam vremena da ga nesto sredjujem...

Rules of the Diet:

The basics of this fad diet is an extremely low carbohydrate level. Avoiding carbohydrates in your diet keeps your body from adding weight. So, for this diet to work you have to eat less than 20 grams of carbohydrates per day.

Free Meats and Cheeses:

Since meats and cheeses have no carbohydrates, you can eat as much as you want on the Atkins diet. You can have as much of these items as you want. Use the chart below as an example of the meats and cheeses.



Free Meats and Cheeses, all you can eat!

Meat - Beef, Pork, Lamb, Bacon, Veal, Ham, and Venison
Fish - Tuna, Salmon, Sole, Trout, Flounder, Sardines, and Herring
Fowl - Chicken, Turkey, Duck, Goose, Quail, Pheasant, and Cornish Hen
Shellfish - Oysters, Mussels, Clams, Squid, Shrimp, Lobster, and Crab
Eggs - Scrambled, Fried, Poached, Soft Boiled, Hard Boiled, and Deviled
Cheese - Aged & Fresh, Cow & Goat, Cream Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Swiss and Cheddar



Not Bad Vegetables:

A serving of these vegetables contain less than 10% of you daily carbohydrate amount. So, you can eat three cups of these vegetables and you're alright.

E, pa evo samo da vam kazem da je moja 15-odnevna Atkinskonova dijeta zavrsena... bilans je otprilike, posto nemam vagu kod kuce, a merila sam se na nekoj ne bas tacnoj, oko 4-5 kg manje...
Dijeta stvarno "radi"...htela sam ja i jos, ali su me svi upozorili da ne preterujem...malo pauze, pa ako hocu opet... Smile

Koliko sam ja shvatio, ne moze mnogo da steti mladim osobama, problm je kod starijih, zbog holesterola.

Moja majka je uzasno zaodovoljna. Izgubila je 7kg za 10 dana.

Ja sam poceo prekljuce, pa cemo da vidimo...

Ja sam sa raznih strana cula da se ne sme preterivati, sto od od onih koji su drzali dijetu, do nekih strucnijih likova, tako da cu malo da napravim pauzu...Znas, kad radis, pa kad ti padne secer i jede ti se nesto...a ti moras da jedes sardine bez hleba ili kuvana jaja..pa nije bas tako slatko Smile Smile
Leggy, srecno, i samo izdrzi prva 3-4 dana, posle lakse ide...

Nije meni problem, ja sam ko Mark Tven koji je reako: Uopste nije tesko ostaviti pusenje. Evo ja sam ga ostavio bar 100 puta Smile

Inace, sto se secera tice, malo zavaravam organizam Light CocaColom ili Pepsi Maxom... Ponekad orbit bez secera.
Nabavicu natren.

Ma kakva Coca Cola..ne smes to da pijes, inace nista od dijete Wink
Kisela nije gazirana vestacki, nego je takva prirodna...i u njoj nema secera Wink
Multivita i nista drugo, i limunada i kisela Smile

E, ko za baksuz u ove dve nedelje sam isla na neku zurku i rodjendan, i tamo pila samo kiselu Sad

Uzas Sad
Inace, Coca Cola light ima 0% secera. Ima 1.5 kcal na 2 litre! Ko jedan tic-tac Smile

Mnoge kisele vode su gazirane vestacki, skoro sve.
Postoje mineralne vode, one su prirodno gazirane.
