Idi na System Settings -> Software and Updates, zatim promeni vrednost za "Download from" na "Main Server".

Kod tebe je server verovatno podešen na ba (Bosnu) nakon odabira jezika i lokacije.

u instalacijama imam ikonicu provjera sistema,pokreno sam je ikad sam ukucao lozinku nestala mi je ona crvena ikonica,i sad mi ubuntu centar radi bez problema kao i synaptic
 e sad sta se tu desilo ili desavalo neznam,sad je sve ok,ako se opet pojavi problem javit cu se na forum,pozdrav!

Privremeno je pao Ubuntu server koji je bio postavljen kod tebe. Ovo se obično automatski postavlja pri instalaciji u odnosu na jezik i lokaciju. Kod tebe je bio postavljen server u Bosni.
