Relevant Knowledge dolazi sa instalacijom SUMo aplikacije. To je neka vrsta spyware-a. Uklanja se veoma lako, iz Control Panel-a ili pak uz pomoc npr MBAM-a.

Podrška za SUMo je prestala i ovaj program se više neće razvijati.
Jedna od alternativa koju je tvorac SUMo-a ponudio je i QuickInstaller. Za razliku od SUMo-a, QuickInstaller proverava za ažuriranja i instalira ih. Koristim ga oko nedelju dana i zadovoljan sam.
