I ja mislim da je to hardwarski ograniceno. Ali pitanje je da li si ti dostigao to hardawsko ogranicenje.

To increase the priority of the foreground application's scanning of the keyboard, add the KeyBoostTime= setting to the [386Enh] section of the SYSTEM.INI file. You can do this with a text editor such as Notepad.
The KeyBoostTime default setting is:
KeyBoostTime=.001
The recommended value is:
KeyBoostTime=.005
Increase the setting in small increments until you achieve the desired response.
Restart Windows for the change to take effect.
Ne pomaže.. malopre sam to uradio.

Nije hardverski ograničeno, to je windows  . U windows-u je i meni oduvek bilo sporo kretanje kursora kada držim taster, a u linux-u je to ograničenje nestalo, dakle nije hardware...

OK... ne može, ne može. Ali mi je čudno da ne može. Gamzzi kaže da u Linux-u može, znači nije hardverski ograničeno. OK.. nema veze. Idemo dalje.

To sto je koristim Windblows ne znaci da ga smatram dobrim OS-om.

Obecao sam odgovor i evo ga:
To set the keyboard delay create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value, called "KeyboardDelay" and set it to either 1, 2, 3 or 4 where 0 = ¼ second , 1 = ¾ second, 2 = 1¼ seconds, 3 = 2 second delay.
To change the number of keys inserted during a repeat operation create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value, called "KeyboardSpeed" and set it a number between 0 and 31 with 31 being the fastest repeat.
Restart Windows for the changes to take effect.
Settings:
User Key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Keyboard]
Name: KeyboardDelay, KeyboardSpeed, CursorBlinkRate
Type: REG_SZ (String Value)
