Cezar nije izgubio ni jednu bitku u Galiji. Bitka je izgubljena kada je sa vojskom preshao Rubicon (prvi deo poraza), i drugi deo poraza je sto je totalno smlatio armiju Pompeii-a. (21000 vojnika Cezar, 44000 Pompeii).
Treci deo poraza je doziveo kada je mnogo udovoljio narodu na stetu aristokratije, koja ga je ubrzo i ubila.
