Crni ekran prilikom paljenja windows-a

Kada ukljucim pc (windows 7 ultimate x32), cesto se pojavi crni ekran ,bez desktop ikonica i start menu-ja,samo sa strelicom misa.Kompjuter je skeniran sa malwerbyte-om,nasao je par virusa,od kojih je jedan bio neki trojan,al nisam htio da ga brisem jer je fajl u windows/system32. Takodje sam pokusao da instaliram bitdefender i.s.2012,ali se u toku instalacije pojavio crn ekran i nisam dalje mogao da nastavim. Prije toga sam koristio avg free,koji sam makao prije (pokusaja) instaliranja bitdef.Internet je brzi(mislim 6mb).

Pošto si rekao da si pokretao malwarebytes,zamolio bih te da mi i log skeniranja malwarebytesa dostaviš u sledećoj poruci. Log ćeš pronaći na sledeći način

Pritisni dugme i R. u polje za unos unesi sledeće: -> %AppData%\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs -> Enter

Ponovo pokreni Malwarebytes

Izaberi opciju Perform Full Scan i klikni Scan.

Po završetku procesa klikni OK, Show Results: u listi detektovanog malware-a, obeleži sve stavke i klikni Remove Selected.

Po završetku procesa, logfile će se otvoriti u Notepad-u; iskopiraj ga u temu na forumu.
Ukoliko program zatraži restart kako bi se završio proces čišćenja, obavezno ga dozvoliti.

Napomena: ako dođe do restarta na kraju procesa čišćenja, logfile će biti dostupan na Logs kartici (obeleži ga i klikni Open).


Nakon toga mi reci kakvo je stanje računara.
