Ako je present perfect continuous na primer: "I have been reading a book", pasiv toga bi bio "The book has been read (by me)."
Past perfect continuous: "I had been reading a book once"
Pasiv: "The book had been read once"

Ihave being read a book.(by me)
I had being read a book(by me)

MoscowBeast ::
Past perfect continuous: "I had been reading a book once"
Pasiv: "The book had been read once"
Ovde je prva rečenica u aktivu, a druga nije continuous.

Grešiš.
Od "I have been reading a book." pasiv je "The book has been being read."
Od "I had been reading a book." pasiv je "The book had been being read."
Ono što si naveo (The book has been read.) je od "I have read a book." i (The book had been read once.) od "I had read a book once."

been and being ne ide zajedno u istu recenicu jedno pored drugog.
The book is being read. Trenutno citam knjigu.
The book has been read.

ACTIVE / PASSIVE
Examples:
Chef Jones had been preparing the restaurant's fantastic dinners for two years before he moved to Paris. Active
The restaurant's fantastic dinners had been being prepared by Chef Jones for two years before he moved to Paris. Passive
NOTE: Passive forms of the Past Perfect Continuous are not common.
