Imam problem sa lap topom jer mi se u toku rada sa racunarom iznenada ugasi. Ociscen je od prasine, i reinstalisan OS Win xp ali se i dalje gasi. Da li neko zna sta bi jos mogao da bude uzrok gasenja?

Temperatura procesora se krece od 47 do 62 C za ostale komponente nemam podatke.

Koji lap-top? Konkretno koji model, koje konfiguracije? Problem je tu odmah nakon ciscenja prasine i reinstalacije sistema, ili je neko vreme radio normalno?
Gasi se kada radis bilo sta na racunaru ili samo u odredjenim situacijama?




Skini MiniToolBox na Desktop;
Pokreni ga dvoklikom, strikliraj sve ponudjene stavke i klikni na Go;
Nakon sto aplikacija zavrsi rad, izbacice izvestaj u Notepad-u; taj izvestaj okaci u sledecoj poruci da pogledamo.

Lap top je marke ACER AMD Sempron Processor 3300+ 2.00 GHz 960 of RAM
Gasenje se desava u neodredjeno vreme kada nesto radim, kada je na stand bay cak i prilikom ukljucenja kada je bio potpuno hladan.

Poceo je da se gasi pre ciscenja a posle ciscenja ucestalije.Veoma se tesko pali iz nekoliko puta se upali ali je ptrebno iskljucenje napajanja.

Da li ti se desava nekad da se laptop upali ali na displeju nema slike?

Da desava se da se ukljuci i da radi ventilator kontrolna lampica za ukljucenje sija ali nedize sistem nego tako radi u praznom hodu i nepali monitor.

Po meni, postoji mnogo faktora koji mogu izazivati takav problem. Iz izvestaja vidim sledece:

- nemas update-ovan sistem. Imas Windows XP sa Service pack 2. To je jedan od ozbiljnijih problema iz vise razloga. Update-uj operativni sistem, instaliraj Service pack 3: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=24

- trebas proveriti da li su instalirani pravi drajveri za tvoj model lap-top-a. Drajvere potrazi na ovoj stranici: http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers

- deinstaliraj sledeci crap software sa sistema: AutocompletePro i InboxAce Toolbar Chrome Extension

- imas avast! Pro Antivirus (Version: 6.0.1000.0) koji je jako stara verzija anti-virusa + pretpostavljam da licencu nisi kupio tako da verovatno imas instaliran piratsku verziju anti-virusa.

- postoji mogucnost da ti je sistem zarazen s obzirom da isti nije ni malo zakrpljen. Predlog je otvoriti novu temu u Ambulanti prateci sledece uputstvo: http://www.mycity.rs/Ambulanta/Kako-otvoriti-temu-u-Ambulanti.html

- postoji mogucnost da je problem i hardware-ske prirode, ali tu ti vec ne mozemo pomoci. Najbolje resenje je odneti u ozbiljan servis i uraditi dijagnostiku.

Ne znam u kakvom stanju mu je sistem, mozda i on pravi odredjene probleme, ali hardverski problem je sigurno prisutan.

Po mom misljenju, problem je vjerovatno u cipsetu, ali slicne simptome moze prouzrokovati i losa ram memorija.

Ne vjerujem da je ram memorija u pitanju, ali istestiraj je za svaki slucaj.

Sledećim postupkom vrši se testiranje RAM memorije.

1. Za pokretanje sa CD-a, ispratite sledeće uputstvo: + Klikni
1a. Preuzmite program Memtest86+, raspakujte zip arhivu i narežite ISO fajl na CD po ovom uputstvu.

1b. Restartujte računar i u BIOS-u podesite da sistem podiže sa optičkog uređaja, po ovom uputstvu.

2. Za pokretanje sa USB-a, ispratite sledeće uputstvo: + Klikni
2a.Preuzmite program Memtest86+ USB Instaler, raspakujte arhivu, priključite prazan USB i pokrenite instalaciju. Tokom instalacije programa na USB, svi fajlovi na njemu će biti obrisani! Napravite backup važnih podataka sa USB-a.




2b. Restartujte računar i u BIOS-u podesite da sistem podiže sa USB Flash diska.

3. Sačekajte da se učitaju neophodni fajlovi, nakon čega počinje testiranje RAM memorije. Testiranje treba da traje bar 8 sati ili 6 prolaza (pass).



U slučaju da se u delu Errors pojave upisi, RAM memorija je oštećena.

Ovako će izgledati u slučaju da je RAM memorija oštećena:



Ako se pojave greške (errors), treba testirati svaki modul RAM-a posebno, da biste utvrdili koji je neispravan. Ako svi moduli prođu pojedinačno testiranje bez greške, verovatno je neki od memorijskih slotova na ploči neispravan. Ubacite pouzdano ispravan modul RAM-a u jedan slot i testirajte ponovo. Ako se ne pojavi greška, ubacite taj modul u sledeći memorijski slot i testirajte ponovo. Ponavljajte ovu proceduru dok ne pronađete koji memorijski slot je neispravan.

Momci hvala vam u svakom slucaju,pokusacu koliko je u mojoj moci jer sam ga nosio kod majstora on ga je ocistio zamenio pastu i podigao novi win.ali problem je ostao pa sam se tek posle toga obratio vama. Drugarski pozdrav.
