Citat:The Open Font Library is a sister project of the Open Clip Art Library. The goal of this project is to collect public domain fonts so that they may be used freely.
Concepts
The primary concept of this project is to provide a place and space for people to make fonts and contribute them so that anyone can use them. There are still so many decisions that need to be made so that this project will progress at a great rate.
Right now the main focus is to collect fonts from anyone and after a while, replace this basic php-based site with Creative Commons' Open Source hosting engine, ccHost.
