Mnogo je korisnika koji bi da probaju GNU/Linux a nisu sigurni koliko je koje distribucija zahtevna a istovremeno hardver im nije cillj po sebi (zbog nedostatka novca, stalnih setovanja, nedostatka vremena ili u krajnjoj liniji nedostatka zelje da se robuje hardveru)
Na ovom mestu nebi bilo lose da se u kratkim crtama izdvoje neke distribucije sa njihovim 'zahtevima"
