Having spent most of 2004 building a prototype of our web-based expert platform, we are now looking to consolidate and expand our system. To that purpose we are setting up a team of developers in Vojvodina.
Based in/around Novi Sad/SCG, with some travel to Zurich/CH expected

-Senior Developer:
* Strong first degree
* 5 years experience in web-based application development (not limited to just GUI work).
* Strong skills in object-oriented programming and architecture basics
* Excellent programming abilities in both PHP4/5 and Java. Python and other languages are an asset.
* Strategic architecture thinker, understanding consequences of different ways of modelling systems
* Willingness to travel to Zurich up to one week a month
-Graduate Developer:
* 3 years experience in web-based commercial application development (evidence of back-end work an advantage)
* Excellent web-programming abilities in PHP/MySQL
-Characteristics for both functions:
* Strong self-starter, ability to work independently
* Stress-resistance under pressure
* Flexible and open for feedback
* Open to Extreme Programming methods
* Fluent English required
* Willing to work in Novi Sad
