Da, ali... on je add-on za Windows, tako da je legalan samo ukoliko je Windows legalan. Evo sta kaze njegov Help:

Na Windows XP ima opcija u Help meniju (recimo, otvori My Computer) koja se zove Is this copy of Windows legal?.
Jesi li kupio ili dobio Windows? To je najjednostavnije pitanje. Ukoliko si ga kupio, moras da imas nalepnicu na kucistu i original CD sa uputstvom i ostalim stvarima iz paketa. (Ovo ne mora da vazi za brand-ovane kompove.)
