It's a 100+ hotfix pack of many of the Windows XP SP3 fixes up for download.
These are fixes that you would have to call Microsoft and get through their support center.
Editors Note: This is simply a zip file with all of the hotfixes in exe format. There is no general installer.

Jbt, pa jos mi se ni SP2 nije posteno ustalio na masini, a vec je SP3 tu  ... Hehe, 100+ hotfix pack... I oni se ponose time  .
