Kate Beckinsale ponovo kao Selene u novom nastavku filma Underworld a i ostatak postave se nije mnogo menjao od prethodnih delova.

Tu su Theo James i Charles Dance a novo lice je Lara Pulver kao novi tj nova glavnokomandujuća Lycanima....

Režiser ovog dela je Anna Foerster kojoj je ovo režiserski debi što se tiče dugometražnih filmova a do sada je režirala nekoliko epizoda popularne serije Criminal Minds i Outlander
