Hejj ljudiii treba mi pomoc. Kada god pustim muziku bilo na youtube-u ili winamp-u,laptop mi se restartuje. U pocetku nisam znala zbog cega i ja nakon sto se restartovao opet pustim. Medjutim tada mi je pao sistem. Podigla sam sistem i u medjuvremenu proverila da nije do kulera,medjutim nije..
Nosila u servis i cim ga dobila nazad,ja isprobala opet..medjutim ista prica...Pusti on pesmu,normalno skroz i samo u jednom trenutku se restartuje. Uspela sam da vidim na blic da je pisalo pre nego sto mi se laptop ugasio da je windows detektovao nesto,ali ne znam sta...zaista nisam vise pametna...
Volela bih da cujem vase misljenje..

Proveri temeraturu procesora sa ovim programom cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
Najverovatnije ti se pregreva laptop pa se zbog toga resetuje.

Ne nije od pregrejavanja procesora na to sam i ja pomislila...
Jedino mi je ostalo da proverim zvucnu karticu..mozda je do toga? Pa to traje vec jedno mesec dana..nzm sta jos da opisem...

Ivana Zivkovic 2 ::Uspela sam da vidim na blic da je pisalo pre nego sto mi se laptop ugasio da je windows detektovao nesto,ali ne znam sta...zaista nisam vise pametna...

Kako je to izgledalo što si uspela na trenutak da vidiš, kao plavi ekran ili nešto drugo.
I šta su ti iz servisa rekli, i jesu li oni u opšte probali sa nekom externom zvučnom karticom.

Da,da bas kao plavi ekran. Nisam stigla da procitam do kraja sta je pisalo,jer mi je pao sistem tada. Drajveri su mi instalirani,i reinstalirali su ih,pusta on zvuk,ali se restartuje kada pustim pesmu,msm i ne samo pesmu i video klipove na youtube-u ili na klipove koji su snimani telefonom pa ubaceni u kompjuter. A ljudi iz servisa,su radili sve ovo sto sam navela uz komentar da ne bi trebalo to vise da se desava. Iste veceri se desilo.

Ajde da i mi pogledam malo bolje situaciju isprati ova dva uputstva pa nam pošalji izveštaje u sledećoj poruci.

+ Korak 1.. Preuzmi instalaciju za WhoCrashed program sa sledeceg linka:
http://www.resplendence.com/download/whocrashedSetup.exe
Ovaj program ce analizom pokusati proveriti koji drajver je uzrocnik greske.
Napomena: ovaj program zahteva instalaciju.


Dvoklikom pokreni instalaciju i klikni Next. Stikliraj opciju I Accept the agreement pa zatim ponovo na Next.
Program instaliraj na onu lokaciju i pod onim imenom koju ti program ponudi.
Klikni na Next i u sledecem prozoru klikni Next
Stikliraj opciju Create a Desktop Icon i potom klikni na Next pa zatim na Install.




Kada instaliras WhoCrashed program,pokreni ga.

Napomena: Ukoliko ti program izbaci obavestenje koje bi trebalo da izgleda ovako:

Klikni na Download the requested file from Microsoft site now i pricekaj da se proces
preuzimanja dodatnih fajlova i njihova instalacija dovrsi.


Kada se program pokrene klikni na dugme Analyze.
Kada program zavrsi analizu izbacice ti prozor sa obavestenjem. Klikni Ok.

Desni klik na prostor stranice programa sa izvestajem i izaberi opciju Select All.
Desni klik na prostor stranice programa sa izvestajem i izaberi opciju Copy
Otvori novi notepad i izaberi opciju Paste da bi kopirao sadrzaj loga u notepad.

Sada mozes zatvoriti program.

Okaci notepad sa sadrzajem loga u sledecu poruku.


+ Korak 2..Skini MiniToolBox na Desktop;
Pokreni ga dvoklikom, strikliraj sve ponudjene stavke i klikni na Go;
Nakon sto aplikacija zavrsi rad, izbacice izvestaj u Notepad-u; taj izvestaj okaci u sledecoj poruci da pogledamo.

Ajd daj nam i još i ovaj izveštaj pošto imaš instaliran Realtek AC'97 Audio i Conexant AC-Link Audio, sa vidmo šta je tu u stvari od hardvera..

Znači isprati sledeće uputstvo i okači nam izveštaj u sledećoj poruci..

1. Skinite program HWiNFO32 sa ove adrese, program je besplatan.

2. Instalirajte i pokrenite. Kada se program pokrene dobicete ovakav prozor:




Potrebno je kliknuti na RUN.

3. Kada se program startuje kliknuti na Report ikonicu u gornjem levom uglu:



4. Potom ce se pojaviti prozor izvestaja. U njemu je potrebno oznaciti da izvestaj bude u txt formatu i izabrati gde ce da se snimi klikom na dugme browse ( najbolje na desktop ), pa onda next:



5. Potom ce se pojaviti izbornik sta ce izvestaj da sadrzi, kliknuti na finish.



6. Na desktopu ce se pojaviti novi fajl.

7. Putem opcije Prikači Fajl pošaljite fajl na forum:
