No it's nothing like the first one and no special instructions are needed.
This is just a heads up that in the next day or three you can expect to see a pretty big update coming down the pipe in Synaptic, it's size will depend on what you have installed right now. They are mainly application updates fixing a lot of the stuff that was reported broken in the Big Update, TR6, and other threads on this forum.
