SIS Builder
This tool allows a developer to generate a SIS file using a graphics interface based wizard. It currently supports Symbian OS versions 7.0 - 8.1 (not 9.x) and it is based on the Eclipse Rich Client Platform. This is an "alpha" version for testing purposes.

Symbian OS C++ Build Tools - Jan 04
This toolset source contains petran, uidcrc, bmconv and rcomp which are supplied in binary form with all Symbian OS SDKs to allow developers to preprocess and postprocess their apps, images and resources to object formats ready for runtime loading in Symbian OS phones. You can now download the source code for this toolset under Symbian's example code licence with instructions for recompilation on a PC running Microsoft Visual C++. This source code is being released in order to allow the tools to be bundled with other products and to facilitate porting to developer platforms other than Microsoft Windows, such as Linux and Mac OSX.
