Immersive Explorer 0.1.2 Alpha





A Metro-style file explorer

Immersive Explorer brings the Metro tiles of Windows 8 to your computer when browsing for files on your PC.

Not only can it be used for exploring folders, but it can also create file thumbnails or support basic editing actions, such as delete, rename, copy or move. New directories can be created with a single mouse click.

Requirements:

· A Core 2 Duo processor, or better
· At least 1 GB of ram
· .NET Framework 4 must be installed

What's New in This Release:

· bug fixes and visual improvements
· very basic support for audio playback (no playlist support yet)
· supports JPEG thumbnail extraction when available for faster thumbnail loading
· on the "My Computer" screen, thumbnails are now displayed only on the "My Pictures" tile
