A software application that will help you keep your software up to date.


The Secunia Software Inspector will inspect your operating system and software for insecure versions and missing security updates. A default inspection normally lasts 5-40 seconds, while a thorough inspection may take several minutes.

The Secunia PSI detects installed software and categorises your software as either Insecure, End-of-Life, or Up-To-Date. Effectively enabling you to focus your attention on software installations where more secure versions are available from the vendors.

· Updated user interface: The user interface has been carefully re-designed to serve and be useful to users at all levels
· Automatic updates: Secunia PSI can automatically update software silently in the background without any interaction from the user, including programs where silent installation parameters are not made available by the vendors. The user can also choose to disable automatic updates to maintain full control over which updates are deployed on the PC.
· Localisation: The application is now available in English, German, French, Spanish and Danish
· Update history: The "History" (change log) shows which programs have been updated when and whether the update was successfully deployed or not.
